As one of the pioneers of branded entertainment in China, Eric has helmed several groundbreaking, high-profile projects including China’s first reality program, Wo Xing Wo Show, breaking historical ratings record for Shanghai Media Group’s Dragon TV. This program has been credited as the first Idol programming of its kind, with over 150 million people tuning in every weekend, and later forever transformed prime time television in China.
In 2013, Eric made industry headlines once again with his launch of the STORM Electronic Music Festival. With over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry and an unprecedented insight into the Chinese market, Eric is leading the growth of EDM in China, with multi-million US$ booking slate per year across hundreds of events in the EDM sector alone.

Before producing China’s largest outdoor EDM festivals, Gil worked for HBO, Showtime, Universal Television, United Artists, Viacom, and Paramount Pictures. He has to his credits 33 Feature Films World Wide, 23 Globally presented Television series in 19 countries, and was the first American allowed to Produce Propaganda Military Films for the People’s Republic of China.
Gil has won the Florida Film Festival’s Outstanding Achievement Award, The Director’s Guild of America’s “Finders” Series Award, and in 2011 Gil won the PMAA Golden Dragon Award for Best Advertising Campaign in Asia.
Graduated from Shanghai JiaoTong University. Major: international trade. Although not have a professional media background, related to various types of culture media and entertainment industries in nearly 12 years of culture industry since 2005.
In 2005, as China’s first reality show “我型我SHOW” achieved a great success and also set a milestone for China’s own reality show. At that time she decided to give up the international trade major but join the cultural performance industry.
Since 2009, the company ATO ATO Integrated Media which she worked at, began to host European and American artists’ concerts such as Elton John, Pitbull and other concerts ,all achieved success. At same time , the company became one of the largest European and American artists agency.
Since 2013, ATO ATO Integrated Media set up a branch in China “A2LIVE”.Began planning and implementing large electronic music festivals such as STORM Electronic Music Festival. Working with A2LIVE’s founder Eric Zho to develop the electronic market in China not just STORM. In 2015, A2LIVE held the only one indoor electronic music cross year party in Shanghai that can accommodate 8000people – Now or Never. China has it’s own electronic brand, A2LIVE got the attention of the world, open up a huge market of electronic music in china and makes it’s own brand to become the world’s recognized China’s top brand.

Chinworth Yao is a seasoned investor, finance professional and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience spanning industries from high technology, healthcare, real estate, media, entertainment and consumer lifestyles. Mr.Yao is the Chairman of Ocean Heights Holding, which has boutique investment banking, celebrity management, and lifestyle business units. Mr. Yao is a Co-Founder, Vice Chairman and Chief Strategic Officer (CSO) for Ato Ato Integrated Media
(A2Live), the Chinese entertainment company that has created the largest EDM music festival in China called STORM. Mr.Yao previously was the Managing Partner of Acorn Campus China Fund I. The fund has focused on cross border China technology related investments. Prior to Acorn, Mr. Yao was Managing Director for Suma Ventures, a family office fund focused on cross border technology and life science investments between Silicon Valley and China. Before Suma, Mr. Yao was co-founder of an Asian internet media company and before that he was a senior finance professional for Baxter International. Mr. Yao has a B.S. in Finance and International Business from University of Colorado at Boulder.
New York City business development execuctive Eric Reithler-Barros joined the senior leadership team of A2LiVE as Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer in April 2017.
Eric Reithler-Barros’ management experience ranges from Fortune 50 telecom companies to music technology startups. He lists achievements in the past 20 years around the world at companies such as Netscape, Johnson & Johnson, Screaming Media, Lime Wire, Verizon, and Level 3 Communications. He served as Vice President Global Partnerships at SFX Entertainment Inc, the former $1B American conglomerate that took over the worldwide electronic music industry in 2013, acquiring powerhouse brands like Tomorrowland, Stereosonic, ID&T/Sensation, and Beatport. Eric was instrumental in leading large worldwide partnerships such as Viagogo ($75M) and Mastercard. He additionally brings to A2LiVE his 27 years of knowledge as a passionate insider within the international electronic music community as a promoter, artist, performer, music producer, label owner, editorial commentator, curator, and lifelong advocate of the genre.
He attended Thunderbird School Of Global Management, where he earned an MBA in international business in 1999.
